Prime chicken meat, fresh onions, green chilies, red chili flakes, salt, ethnic spices, whole coriander, pomegranate seeds and vegetable oil.
Keep Frozen. Do not thaw before cooking.
Fry chapal kabab over medium heat for 10 min or until cooked turning occasionally in a preheated oiled pan.
Bake chapal kabab on a greased baking pan turning halfway through for 6-7 min in a preheated oven at 230o C.
