wayLivmart Warranty Terms and Conditions

 The warranty will be voided IF;

1): If the product is exposed to any liquid or moisture.

2): If the product is physically damaged or broken intentionally or unintentionally.

3): If the product is a burnt, short circuit.

4): If the warranty card along with waylivsmart invoice is not presented.

5): If the product once opened/serviced but any other than wayLivmart service center/addresses.

.6): The Mobile Phone LCD/LED, accessories are not covered under wayLivmart Warranties.

7): Product will not be claimed on choice and likeness.


Terms and Conditions for Official Warranty/Brands are mentioned on the Warranty Cards accordingly. wayLivmart will not be liable for any kind of claim. The product’s warranties will be claimed by their respective Brand’s Service Centers/addresses.


For International Warranty; The products cannot be claimed by wayLivmart.


NOTEThe product boxes with serial no should be preserved during the whole warranty period. 50% to 75% Charges will be applicable to the Customer of the total repair bill/fee after 6 months of the warranty period on products under wayLivmart

The Return Merchandise Received Team will update Turn-Around-Time (TAT) for the claim after 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. (Sunday is not counted).


For Unbranded and NO Warranties products;


1): If customers are faced with any kind of health issue of Sexual wellness products or side effects wayLivmart. is not responsible for any circumstances.

2): The wayLivmart will not be liable/entertained for any claims or refunds.


Refunds, Reversal, and Replacement of Product Policy;


1): The payment refunds IBFT will be done in 02 to 04 working days. (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not counted in Working Days).

2): The Reversal payments debit and credit cards take 10 to 15 working days to initiate with the payment respective gateway. (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not counted in Working Days).

3): If the reversal debit/credit payment is delayed from the gateway end, waylivmart is not responsible.

4): The Bank charges will not be refundable or reversible.

5): the replacement of the product can be shipped in 02 to 03 working days after receiving the claimed product (RMA). If the same product is not available or arranged by the seller end, wayLivmart is liable to refund/reversal of its customers. (Terms and Conditions applied).


 Courier Policy: 


Once received the product and opened the box,  issues like courier damages, broken in-transit, product not in working condition and scratches on the products or any other related issue will be claimed at the time of receipt if not reported at the time of receipt, waylivmart will not be entertained for any claim after receiving the mentioned time.

The customers will not open the parcel/order before paying the payment of the courier/rider.
